A Ketubah, literally translating to “written thing” is a Jewish marriage contract, given to a bride by the groom. This has the conditions of the marriage written on it and is signed the groom and two witnesses. The bride is always supposed to know where the Ketubah at all times after the wedding, to which many turn into a piece of art and hang on the wall in their home.
