Tefillah (Prayer)

Tefilah (prayer) is a major part of the large foundation of Judaism. Prayers are said three times a day every day- morning, afternoon and evening. While the prayers may change slightly between the weekday, Shabbat and holidays, the amount of times we pray stays the same. Also, during our morning prayer services, the beginning of the week’s Parsha (Torah portion) is read on Mondays and Thursdays, and on Shabbat, the entire Parsha is read.
